Herbal Medicine: Initial consultations are 1.5 hours and encompass a full health history, custom made herbal blends for your unique health needs, a lifestyle and supplements recommendations sheet, handouts, etc.
Herbal medicine consultations with Nicki can include a complete review of your health history, a look into lifestyle, habits and patterns, diet, medications, blood work, spiritual, mental health, emotional health and well being. They also include wellness coaching, custom created herbal formulas for each client and plant spirit medicine. Each session is customized depending on what each client needs.
Nutrition Consultations: Initial consultations are 1.5 hours and entail a comprehensive health assessment, comprehensive diet review and analysis, nutrition recommendations, and recipes.
Nutrition sessions with Nicki can include a complete review of your health history, a look into lifestyle choices, habits and patterns, food choices , medications, blood work, spiritual, mental heath, emotional health and well being. They also include meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, and wellness coaching. Sessions are customized based on what each client needs.
Follow up consultations are 45 minutes and discuss current health status, and dietary changes, additions in supplements, tweaking or changing herbal formulas, etc
All consultations take into mind the whole person and investigate mind, body and spirit imbalance and alignment. Nicki has a holistic and integrative perspective.
Virtual consultations: Initial and Follow-up Virtual consultations are offered through a HIPPA compliant video platform called VSEE. The virtual consultation maintains the personal touch and the professional feeling of entering an office.
